DEAFEMINIST
DeaFeminist is a collective project of three people, born out of the NGO Empoway. Our aim is to create and disseminate feminist, intersectional and anti-validist content for the deaf and hearing public, on an international scale. This involves a gargantuan amount of work: videos in French-speaking Belgian sign language, in Flemish Sign Language, and in International Sign, subtitled in French, Dutch and English!

DeaFeminist is een collectief project van drie mensen, voortgekomen uit Empoway vzw. Ons doel is om op internationale schaal feministische, intersectionele en anti-validistische content te creëren en te verspreiden voor het dove en horende publiek. Dit houdt een gigantische hoeveelheid werk in: video's in Franstalige Belgische gebarentaal, in Vlaamse gebarentaal en in internationale gebaren, ondertiteld in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels!

On veut créer & diffuser du contenu féministe, intersectionnel & anti-validiste, à destination du public sourd & entendant, à l’échelle internationale.
